Apex's Principal is Kyle Vowinkel, a certified FBI negotiator, who also served on the US government’s premier counterterrrorism team, the elite FBI Hostage Rescue Team (HRT).

Kyle graduated West Point and served five years as an Airborne Ranger qualified officer in the First Cavalry Division. He has a master’s degree in criminal justice. He served 24 years as an FBI Special Agent, serving in Los Angeles, Washington, DC, Quantico, FBI Headquarters, and Miami.
Apex employees have numerous decades of experience successfully navigating numerous national events as well as planning security operations at the Olympics, the Super Bowl, the World Cup, and Formula 1 race. Apex leverages their expertise to provide critical insights to improve client's abilities to manage risk and weather any storm.
Apex utilizes a custom team of former distinguished military and law enforcement officers specialized to each client's needs. We provide concrete risk mitigation strategies for businesses to lower their risk profile and enable them to conduct business effectively and efficiently.
